We want you to love your Astra piece. If the fit or style isn't right, you can exchange it within 7 days of delivery — simple, no stress.

Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.
Easy exchange
Exchange for a different size or another piece of equal or greater value. We'll ship the replacement once we receive your return.
Free shipping over ₹2,000
Orders above ₹2,000 ship free. Return shipping for exchanges is covered by us.
Made-to-order pieces
Personalised or custom-fit orders are made just for you, so they can only be exchanged for a sizing issue, not returned for a refund.
How to exchange
- Email us within 7 days of delivery at Astra27fashion@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
- Pack the piece in its original packaging with tags intact.
- We'll arrange a pick-up or share a return shipping label, depending on your location.
- Receive your replacement within 7-10 working days after we inspect the returned item.
Conditions for exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Fragrance, deodorant or makeup marks will void the exchange eligibility.
- Sale or final-sale items cannot be exchanged unless defective.
- Personalised pieces (custom sleeves, belts, shrugs, etc.) can be exchanged for sizing only.
Refunds
We offer exchanges as our default after-sales service. Refunds are issued only when an exchange is not possible — for example, if the requested replacement is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
