The atelier

Slow rooms.
Careful hands.

A handful of makers, natural light, and a rhythm set by the fibre — not the season. Every Astra piece is drafted, cut and sewn to order in a small studio you could walk across in seven paces.

  1. Step one

    Your measurements

Six numbers, a preferred length, and the way you like a shoulder to sit. That's the whole brief.

  2. Step two

    The pattern

A block is drafted by hand for your body, then cut from a single length of fibre — no nested pieces, no waste.

    2
  3. Step three

    The make

One maker sees your piece from first stitch to last. French seams, bound edges, buttons hand-sewn.

  4. Step four

    The finish

Steam-pressed, air-dried, folded in unbleached muslin. Two weeks from measurement to your door.
